GTR's Try a Train days help to increase passengers' confidence

Govia Thameslink Railway offer 'Try a Train' events to help passengers build confidence.

Try a Train day

Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) offer an ongoing programme of 바카라 사이트˜Try a Train바카라 사이트™ events. These provide an opportunity for people who lack confidence travelling by train to visit stations and to experience a train journey.

The events are promoted through GTR바카라 사이트™s local stakeholders and are normally organised by their internal network of access ambassadors.

Feedback is gathered after each event to gauge the extent to which the objective of increasing travel confidence has been met.

A passenger commented:

I can바카라 사이트™t remember when I last caught a train, I think it was 1999. As part of the 바카라 사이트˜Try a Train바카라 사이트™ day, Joe helped me to buy a ticket. I am now much more confident about using trains. Next time I will come back and bring the kids! The day has been really fun and I바카라 사이트™ve had a good time and met new people.
