A consignment note must stay with hazardous waste until it reaches its final destination.

- Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code (2007) 바카라 사이트 this describes the business activity that produced the waste
- waste classification code, also referred to as LoW (List of Waste) or EWC (European Waste Catalogue) code 바카라 사이트 this describes the waste

You can also:
- use a note from your waste contractor or write your own 바카라 사이트 it must include the information on the consignment note form
- buy consignment notices from the Environment Agency 바카라 사이트 these have 3 colour-coded copies
