Apply for money you're owed

You바카라 사이트™re eligible to apply if:

  • you were an employee
  • you바카라 사이트™re a UK or EEA national (or a foreign national with permission to work in the UK)

If you바카라 사이트™re not eligible (for example you바카라 사이트™re a contractor) register as a creditor instead.

  1. Apply for redundancy, unpaid wages and holiday within 6 months of being dismissed. You request to claim for loss of notice pay (바카라 사이트˜statutory notice pay바카라 사이트™) in your application.

  2. If you requested to claim statutory notice pay, you바카라 사이트™ll get sent a letter telling you when you can apply.

Claiming for redundancy, unpaid wages and holiday pay

You can apply as soon as you바카라 사이트™ve been made redundant. The person dealing with the insolvency (the 바카라 사이트˜insolvency practitioner바카라 사이트™ or 바카라 사이트˜official receiver바카라 사이트™) will give you a 바카라 사이트˜CN바카라 사이트™ (case reference) number. You cannot claim without the CN number.

You must apply for redundancy pay within 6 months of being dismissed.

The application will ask if you want to apply for statutory notice pay. Choosing 바카라 사이트˜Yes바카라 사이트™ does not mean you바카라 사이트™ve applied. You바카라 사이트™ll be told when to apply.

Claiming for loss of notice pay (바카라 사이트˜statutory notice pay바카라 사이트™)

You need an 바카라 사이트˜LN바카라 사이트™ reference number to make a claim. It바카라 사이트™ll be sent after your notice period would have ended. This is usually no more than 12 weeks after you바카라 사이트™re dismissed.

You must apply for redundancy first - even if you바카라 사이트™re not owed any money.

Employees at the same business can have different notice periods.

Once you have the LN reference number, claim online for loss of notice.

Money you get (or could have got) by claiming benefits will be deducted from your payment.
