Claim for loss of notice pay

Use this service to claim money if your employer is insolvent and you have not been paid for your notice period (바카라 사이트˜statutory notice pay바카라 사이트™). This includes if you did not work your notice period.

You must apply for redundancy and any other money you바카라 사이트™re owed first - even if you바카라 사이트™re not owed any money. You바카라 사이트™ll then get an email to say when you can start your claim for loss of notice.

You바카라 사이트™ll need:

  • your National Insurance number
  • an 바카라 사이트˜LN바카라 사이트™ claim reference number (you바카라 사이트™re sent this after you claim for redundancy)
  • details of any money you earned during your notice period
  • details of any unemployment benefits you claimed during your notice period (if you did not claim any you바카라 사이트™ll need to explain why)
