TCM1000626 - How to check if a customer has Universal Credit (UC) interest

Step 1

  • select 바카라 사이트˜Application바카라 사이트™ on the tool bar
  • select 바카라 사이트˜View바카라 사이트™ from the options available. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트˜Key Entry data바카라 사이트™-Applicant screen
  • enter the customer바카라 사이트™s NINO
  • select the 바카라 사이트˜All바카라 사이트™ checkbox
  • select 바카라 사이트˜OK바카라 사이트™

If you are taken to the 바카라 사이트˜Select Application바카라 사이트™ screen

  • select the relevant application
  • select 바카라 사이트˜OK바카라 사이트™. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트˜Application Version바카라 사이트™ screen
  • select the latest award version number
  • select 바카라 사이트˜OK바카라 사이트™. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트˜Application Summary바카라 사이트™
  • go to Step 2

If you are taken straight to the 바카라 사이트˜Application Summary바카라 사이트™ screen, go to Step 2.

Step 2

If you receive a 바카라 사이트˜pop up바카라 사이트™ box with 바카라 사이트˜Universal Credit바카라 사이트™ and a date

  • the claim has ceased because somebody in the household has claimed Universal Credit (UC)
  • go to Step 3

If you do not receive a 바카라 사이트˜pop up바카라 사이트™ box with 바카라 사이트˜Universal Credit바카라 사이트™ and a date

  • the claim has not ceased due to Universal Credit being claimed

Note: Where a household breakdown has been recorded, and the date used is prior to that of Universal Credit interest, the 바카라 사이트˜pop up바카라 사이트™ box will display 바카라 사이트˜Household Breakdown바카라 사이트™ and the date that this occurred.  Universal Credit interest will be displayed as an 바카라 사이트˜Alert!바카라 사이트™   

Where a household breakdown has been recorded, and the date used is after that of Universal Credit interest, the 바카라 사이트˜pop up바카라 사이트™ box will display 바카라 사이트˜UCHB바카라 사이트™ and the date that this occurred. Universal Credit interest will be display as an 바카라 사이트˜Alert!바카라 사이트™

Step 3

In the 바카라 사이트˜View Application Summary바카라 사이트™ screen

  • select 바카라 사이트˜Continue바카라 사이트™. This will allow you to view 바카라 사이트˜Additional Information바카라 사이트™ for Applicant 1
  • make a note of whether 바카라 사이트˜UC Details바카라 사이트™ displays 바카라 사이트˜Yes바카라 사이트™ or 바카라 사이트˜No바카라 사이트™
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Continue바카라 사이트™. This will allow you to view 바카라 사이트˜Additional Information바카라 사이트™ for Applicant 2
  • make a note of whether 바카라 사이트˜UC Details바카라 사이트™ displays 바카라 사이트˜Yes바카라 사이트™ or 바카라 사이트˜No바카라 사이트™
  • ²µ´ÇÌý³Ù´Ç Step 4.

Step 4

If 바카라 사이트˜UC Details바카라 사이트™ displays 바카라 사이트˜Yes바카라 사이트™

  • the applicant is a matched Universal Credit Claimant

If 바카라 사이트˜UC Details바카라 사이트™ displays 바카라 사이트˜No바카라 사이트™

  • the applicant is not a matched Universal Credit Claimant
