enter the customer바카라 사이트檚 NINO
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�.

If you are taken to the 바카라 사이트楽elect individual바카라 사이트� screen

select the relevant individual
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트榁iew In Year Section 17 - Current Position바카라 사이트� screen, go to Step 2.

If you are taken to the 바카라 사이트楽elect Household바카라 사이트� screen

select the relevant household
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트榁iew In Year Section 17 - Current Position바카라 사이트� screen, go to Step 2.

Note: If the 바카라 사이트榁iew In year Section 17 - Current Signals바카라 사이트� screen displays, select 바카라 사이트楥ancel바카라 사이트�.

If you are taken straight to 바카라 사이트榁iew In Year Section 17 - Current Position바카라 사이트� screen, go to Step 2.

If you need to check how the declaration was made, go to Step 3.

In View In Year Section 17 - 바카라 사이트楥urrent Position바카라 사이트� screen

the Award Declaration will have been received if there is a date in the 바카라 사이트楧eclarations바카라 사이트� box.

Note: If the 바카라 사이트楧eclarations바카라 사이트� box is blank the Declaration has not been returned by the customer.

In View In Year Section 17 - 바카라 사이트楥urrent Position바카라 사이트� screen

select the declaration and select 바카라 사이트楧etails바카라 사이트�.
make a note of the 바카라 사이트楳ethod바카라 사이트� (telephone or paper) from the 바카라 사이트楥apture바카라 사이트� box on the right hand side.
