Step 1

Check which years have an outstanding overpayment

enter the customers NINO
select the 바카라 사이트楢ll바카라 사이트� checkbox
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�

If you are taken to the 바카라 사이트楽elect Award바카라 사이트� screen

make a note of all years with an 바카라 사이트楢ccount Status바카라 사이트� of 바카라 사이트極pen바카라 사이트�
for all years with an 바카라 사이트楢ccount Status바카라 사이트� of 바카라 사이트極pen바카라 사이트�, make a note of the corresponding 바카라 사이트楢ward End Date바카라 사이트�
you have now identified the years which have an outstanding overpayment
select 바카라 사이트楥ancel바카라 사이트�. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트楰ey Entry Data - Applicant바카라 사이트� screen
select 바카라 사이트楥ancel바카라 사이트�. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트楩unction Menu바카라 사이트�
go to Step 3.

If you are taken straight to the 바카라 사이트榁iew Award Period Summary바카라 사이트� screen

check the 바카라 사이트楢ccount Status바카라 사이트� to see if the status is 바카라 사이트極pen바카라 사이트�
go to Step 2.

If the 바카라 사이트楢ccount Status바카라 사이트� is 바카라 사이트極pen바카라 사이트�

make a note of the 바카라 사이트楢ward End Date바카라 사이트�
select 바카라 사이트楳enu바카라 사이트�. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트楩unction Menu바카라 사이트�
go to Step 3.

If the 바카라 사이트楢ccount Status is 바카라 사이트楤alanced바카라 사이트�

Check the outstanding overpayment amount

On the 바카라 사이트楩unction Menu바카라 사이트�

select 바카라 사이트榁iew Overpayment바카라 사이트� from the options available. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트楰ey Entry Data - Applicant바카라 사이트� screen
enter the customers NINO
select the 바카라 사이트楢ll바카라 사이트� checkbox
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�

If you are taken to the 바카라 사이트楽elect Award바카라 사이트� screen

highlight the award for each year you have identified as 바카라 사이트極pen바카라 사이트�
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트榁iew Overpayment바카라 사이트� screen
make a note of the 바카라 사이트楲atest Amount바카라 사이트� shown in the 바카라 사이트極verpayment Summary바카라 사이트� field
go to Step 4.

If you are taken straight to the 바카라 사이트榁iew Overpayment바카라 사이트� screen

make a note of the 바카라 사이트楲atest Amount바카라 사이트� displayed in the 바카라 사이트極verpayment Summary바카라 사이트� field
go to Step 4.

Check the date the TC610 바카라 사이트楴otice to Pay바카라 사이트� was issued

select 바카라 사이트楧etails바카라 사이트�. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트榁iew Overpayment - Direct바카라 사이트� screen
make a note of the date the TC610 was issued displayed in the 바카라 사이트楴otice To Pay바카라 사이트� field

Note: If a date is not displayed in the 바카라 사이트楴otice To Pay바카라 사이트� field, this means that a TC610 has not been issued
