enter the customer바카라 사이트檚 NINO
select the 바카라 사이트楢ll바카라 사이트� checkbox
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�.

If you바카라 사이트檙e taken to the 바카라 사이트楽elect Award바카라 사이트� screen

select the award you want to restore
Note: In order to restore CY, select the PY award.
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트楳anage Finalisation바카라 사이트� screen
go to Step 2.

If you바카라 사이트檙e taken straight to the 바카라 사이트楳anage Finalisation바카라 사이트� screen, go to Step 2.

On the 바카라 사이트楳anage Finalisation바카라 사이트� screen

select 바카라 사이트楶rocess바카라 사이트�. You바카라 사이트檒l be taken to the 바카라 사이트楶rocess바카라 사이트� screen

select the relevant option to reflect the area in which you work from the 바카라 사이트楢ction By바카라 사이트� field. For example 바카라 사이트楾CO바카라 사이트�
select 바카라 사이트楢s agreed바카라 사이트� from the 바카라 사이트楻eason바카라 사이트� field
Note: where the household has ended, you must enter the household breakdown date in the聽바카라 사이트橦ousehold End Date바카라 사이트� field unless a 바카라 사이트楿C start date -1 day바카라 사이트� date has already been pre-populated, before restoring the claim.
Note: the warning message 바카라 사이트淎mended Household End Date must be before UC start date바카라 사이트� will be displayed if a household end date is entered that is later than the聽바카라 사이트橴C start date -1 day바카라 사이트� that has been pre-populated
