Step 1

select 바카라 사이트楶otential Match바카라 사이트� from the 바카라 사이트榃orklist Type바카라 사이트� field

Note: This should be the only option available.

select the Potential Match MU from the 바카라 사이트楳anagement Unit바카라 사이트� field
go to Step 2.

Step 2

If the message 바카라 사이트楴o Worklist Entries for the selected Management Unit바카라 사이트� displays, return to the guidance you were previously following at the point you left it.

If you have a reference number

select 바카라 사이트楽ort Filter바카라 사이트�. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트楽ort and Filter Worklist Entries바카라 사이트� screen
select 바카라 사이트楻eference바카라 사이트� in the 바카라 사이트楽ort바카라 사이트� field
select 바카라 사이트楻eference바카라 사이트� in the 바카라 사이트楩ilter 1바카라 사이트� field
enter the customer바카라 사이트檚 NINO in the 바카라 사이트楩rom Value바카라 사이트� and 바카라 사이트楾o Value바카라 사이트� fields
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�
go to Step 4.

If you don바카라 사이트檛 have a reference number

select 바카라 사이트楽ort Filter바카라 사이트�. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트楽ort and Filter Worklist Entries바카라 사이트� screen
select 바카라 사이트楴ame바카라 사이트� in the 바카라 사이트楽ort바카라 사이트� field
select 바카라 사이트楴ame바카라 사이트� in the 바카라 사이트楩ilter 1바카라 사이트� field
enter the customer바카라 사이트檚 name in the 바카라 사이트楩rom Value바카라 사이트� and 바카라 사이트楾o Value바카라 사이트� fields
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�
go to Step 3.

select the work list item

select 바카라 사이트楥apture Application바카라 사이트�
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�
go to Step 4.

If the work list item didn바카라 사이트檛 display, return to the guidance you were previously following at the point you left it.

If you are taken to the 바카라 사이트楢pplicant 1바카라 사이트� screen

a screen will display showing if both customers or which customer is a 바카라 사이트楶otential Match바카라 사이트�
make a note of the customer who is a potential match
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�.

If the message 바카라 사이트楾his Application can not be Opened in Capture바카라 사이트� displays

Note: The message usually indicates the claim has been rejected with an outstanding potential match.

select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트楳aintain Worklist바카라 사이트� screen
select 바카라 사이트楥ancel바카라 사이트�. You will be taken back to the 바카라 사이트楩unction Menu바카라 사이트�
the claim can바카라 사이트檛 be accessed on the Potential Match MU.
