TCM1000418 - How to access Contact Management Application (CMA)

Ensure you have been allocated access to Contact Management Application (CMA) which will appear on the Start menu of your computer

  • select the CMA icon on the Start menu and you will then be taken into a programme called 바카라 사이트˜PegaReach바카라 사이트™
  • select 바카라 사이트˜search바카라 사이트™ across the top of the screen
  • select 바카라 사이트˜New Tax Credit바카라 사이트™ from the drop down menu, if not already populated
  • in the field marked 바카라 사이트˜Reference바카라 사이트™ enter the National Insurance number of the customer whose details you require, then select 바카라 사이트˜Search바카라 사이트™
  • the next screen will show a list of calls made by the customer. Select the blue button on the top bar of the screen which will expand the details
  • select the phone call you require which will show details of the call to allow you to trace the call on viewer.
