Step 1

select 바카라 사이트楴avigate바카라 사이트� on the toolbar
select 바카라 사이트楢mend Application Correction바카라 사이트� from the options available. You바카라 사이트檒l be taken to the 바카라 사이트楢pplicant 1바카라 사이트� screen in function 바카라 사이트楥apture Application바카라 사이트�.

Note: If you바카라 사이트檙e checking the second customer, select 바카라 사이트楢p2바카라 사이트� on the toolbar. You바카라 사이트檒l be taken to the 바카라 사이트楢pplicant 2바카라 사이트� screen.

If the 바카라 사이트楧etails Found바카라 사이트� screen displays, go to Step 2.

If the 바카라 사이트楧etails Found바카라 사이트� screen doesn바카라 사이트檛 display

Step 2

Check that the details, including the address, exactly match those provided by the customer

Note: It바카라 사이트檚 essential you don바카라 사이트檛 accept a match to a record that doesn바카라 사이트檛 apply to the customer as this will corrupt the personal details held on the HMRC frameworks.

If the details match those provided by the customer

make a note of this on the form TC648
remove any tick from the 바카라 사이트楾elephone Number바카라 사이트� checkbox
enter a tick in the 바카라 사이트楢ddress바카라 사이트� checkbox

Note: Only accept updates to the personal details if you바카라 사이트檙e sure, after using TCM0322010, that you바카라 사이트檝e matched them to the correct record.

select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�, you바카라 사이트檝e traced and matched the complex case customer.

If the details don바카라 사이트檛 match those provided by the customer

make a note on the form TC648
- of the NINO that has been traced
and
- the details shown with that NINO do not exactly match those of the customer you바카라 사이트檙e attempting to trace

Step 3

Note: If you바카라 사이트檙e checking the second customer, select 바카라 사이트�바카라 사이트楢p2바카라 사이트� on the toolbar. You바카라 사이트檒l be taken to the 바카라 사이트楢pplicant 2바카라 사이트� screen.

select 바카라 사이트楽earch바카라 사이트�.

If there isn바카라 사이트檛 a match

select 바카라 사이트楨xternal Search바카라 사이트�
attempt to trace the customer by amending the search details in the following ways
- delete any postcode, address, sex and title from the fields
- remove the middle name
- remove the first name
- use only the surname and full postcode
- use only the surname, date of birth, the first part of the postcode and 바카라 사이트�#바카라 사이트�
- use the full postcode and the first line of the address
- use any previous name and/or address provided by the customer
go to Step 4.

If there is a match, go to Step 5.

Step 4

If you have found a match using 바카라 사이트楨xternal Search바카라 사이트� and you can accept the match

select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�
go to Step 5.

If you haven바카라 사이트檛 found a match using 바카라 사이트楨xternal Search바카라 사이트� or you can바카라 사이트檛 accept the match found

make a note on the form TC648 that a match can바카라 사이트檛 be found
you haven바카라 사이트檛 traced and matched the complex case customer.

Step 5

If the message 바카라 사이트楢 matching rule has failed, this will create a Potential Match work item. Do you wish to proceed?바카라 사이트� displays

this indicates that you바카라 사이트檙e attempting to match the customer to an individual with different details to the customer you바카라 사이트檙e tracing
make a note on form TC648
- that there is a potential match
- the potential match doesn바카라 사이트檛 exactly match the details of the customer
select 바카라 사이트楥ancel바카라 사이트�. You바카라 사이트檒l be taken back to the 바카라 사이트楢pplicant 1바카라 사이트� or 바카라 사이트楢pplicant 2바카라 사이트� screen in function 바카라 사이트楥apture Application바카라 사이트�
