  • select 바카라 사이트˜Yes바카라 사이트™. You will be taken back to the 바카라 사이트˜Maintain Worklist바카라 사이트™ screen
  • select the relevant entry
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Transfer바카라 사이트™. The 바카라 사이트˜Transfer Worklist Entry바카라 사이트™ screen will display
  • enter the new MU number in the 바카라 사이트˜Transfer To바카라 사이트™ field
    Note: If you are unable to access the MU, you must inform your line manager.
  • select 바카라 사이트˜OK바카라 사이트™. A message will display asking you to confirm or cancel the transfer
  • check all the details are correct
  • select 바카라 사이트˜OK바카라 사이트™. You will be taken back to the 바카라 사이트˜Maintain Worklist바카라 사이트™ screen and the case will have been transferred to the other MU
  • go to Step 2.

Note: To prevent the case re-appearing on your MU, you must retain it on the new MU.

Note: You may not be able to access every MU to retain the case. Cases transferred to Specialist Trace Unit (STU), Persons From Abroad (PFA) and Compliance will be retained by the new MU on the day they are received.

To retain the case on the new MU

  • on the 바카라 사이트˜Function Menu바카라 사이트™, select 바카라 사이트˜Worklists바카라 사이트™ on the toolbar
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Maintain바카라 사이트™ from the options available. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트˜Maintain Worklist바카라 사이트™ screen
  • select the relevant work list from the 바카라 사이트˜Worklist Type바카라 사이트™ field
  • select the relevant MU number from the 바카라 사이트˜Management Unit바카라 사이트™ field. The screen will redisplay with the entries currently on the work list for that MU
  • select the relevant entry on the work list
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Sort Filter바카라 사이트™. The 바카라 사이트˜Sort Filter Worklist Entries바카라 사이트™ screen will display
  • in the 바카라 사이트˜Filter 1바카라 사이트™ column
    • select 바카라 사이트˜Reference바카라 사이트™ from the 바카라 사이트˜Worklist Entry by Column name바카라 사이트™ field
    • enter the customer바카라 사이트™s NINO in the 바카라 사이트˜From Value바카라 사이트™ field
    • enter the customer바카라 사이트™s NINO in the 바카라 사이트˜To Value바카라 사이트™ field
  • select 바카라 사이트˜OK바카라 사이트™. You will be taken back to the 바카라 사이트˜Maintain Worklist바카라 사이트™ screen
  • select the relevant entry
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Details바카라 사이트™. The 바카라 사이트˜Worklist Entry Details바카라 사이트™ screen will display
    Note: If you are required to change the action date, overtype the existing date in the 바카라 사이트˜Action Date바카라 사이트™ field with the appropriate date. The new action date must be a future date from tomorrow onwards.
  • select the 바카라 사이트˜Retained바카라 사이트™ checkbox
  • select 바카라 사이트˜OK바카라 사이트™. The case has been retained.
