Note: If a customer starts work before a future effective date (FED) the JSA (IB) or ESA (IR) history will need to be corrected.

enter the customers NINO
select the 바카라 사이트楢ll바카라 사이트� checkbox
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�.

If you are taken to the 바카라 사이트楽elect Application Version바카라 사이트� screen

select the relevant claim
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트楢pplicant Details바카라 사이트� screen
go to Step 2.

If you are taken straight to the 바카라 사이트楢pplicant Details바카라 사이트� screen, go to Step 2.

On the 바카라 사이트楢pplicant Details바카라 사이트� screen

select 바카라 사이트業nc1바카라 사이트� on the toolbar. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트業ncome Details바카라 사이트� screen
select 바카라 사이트楬istory바카라 사이트� on the toolbar
select 바카라 사이트業S바카라 사이트� or 바카라 사이트楯SA바카라 사이트�, as appropriate from the options available
