TCM1000275 - How to complete a TC602 manual award notice for a WTC upfront complex case

Changes to previous version - new guidance.

Step 1

Note: At any point when completing the form TC602 (award notice), you can select 바카라 사이트楻estart바카라 사이트� to clear all the details and start again or select 바카라 사이트楤ack바카라 사이트� to review your answers.

Open the 바카라 사이트楾C602바카라 사이트� template

select the appropriate version of the award notice (A - D)
select 바카라 사이트楴ext바카라 사이트�
enter the start date and end date of the award period

Note: To speed up the entry of dates the leading zeros can be omitted - for example, for 06-04-2009, you can enter 6-4-9.

If the version of the award notice you have selected is A or B, go to Step 2.

If the version of the award notice you have selected is C or D, go to Step 3.

Step 2

When the question 바카라 사이트楧oes the notice need to be signed바카라 사이트� displays.

If the award notice needs to be signed

enter a date two weeks from today바카라 사이트檚 date
go to Step 3.

If the award notice doesn바카라 사이트檛 need to be signed

Step 3

Step 4

Note: Claimant 1 means the customer who is living in the United Kingdom.

Note: Currency must be entered in the following format - for 拢25,000.00, enter 25000.

Note: TSSB stands for Taxable Social Security Benefits.

Note: This is not necessarily the award amount as the customer may have already received system payments before the 바카라 사이트楶ayment Suspension바카라 사이트� marker was set.

Step 12

Phase 2 - you will now be indicating which messages you need to include in the award notice by selecting 바카라 사이트榊es바카라 사이트� or 바카라 사이트楴o바카라 사이트�.

Note: Enter all data in block capitals.

If you are issuing a provisional award notice, go to Step 13.

If you aren바카라 사이트檛 issuing a provisional award notice, go to Step 14.

Step 13

If the customer has informed you of a change of circumstances, go to Step 14.

If the customer hasn바카라 사이트檛 informed you of a change of circumstances

change the paragraph 바카라 사이트楾hank you for telling us your circumstances has changed바카라 사이트� to 바카라 사이트楴o바카라 사이트� using the drop down menu
go to Step 14.

Step 14

Opening messages. You don바카라 사이트檛 need to change any of the messages to 바카라 사이트榊es바카라 사이트� or 바카라 사이트楴o바카라 사이트�

scroll down to 바카라 사이트榃hat to do now바카라 사이트�. You don바카라 사이트檛 need to change any of the messages to 바카라 사이트榊es바카라 사이트� or 바카라 사이트楴o바카라 사이트�
scroll down to 바카라 사이트榃orking Tax Credit바카라 사이트�
- enter the dates and amount for the basic element
- select 바카라 사이트�30 hour element바카라 사이트�
- enter the dates and amount for the 30 hour element
- enter the tapered entitlement of WTC in the 바카라 사이트楢mount for the period바카라 사이트� box
scroll down to 바카라 사이트楶ayments바카라 사이트�.

If the customer is due payment for any arrears

enter the dates of the payments by cheque
enter the payment amounts
go to Step 15.

If the customer isn바카라 사이트檛 due payments for any arrears, go to Step 15.

Step 15

If there aren바카라 사이트檛 any other payments due, go to Step 17.

If there are any other payments due, go to Step 16.

Step 16

If the remaining payments are to be paid weekly

select 바카라 사이트楾hen by cheque every 1 week바카라 사이트�
go to Step 17.

If the remaining payments are to be paid four-weekly

select 바카라 사이트楾hen by cheque every 4 weeks바카라 사이트�
enter the date the amount or frequency will end
enter the payment amount
go to Step 17.

Step 17

Select 바카라 사이트榁iew바카라 사이트�. Review the information on the award notice.

If changes don바카라 사이트檛 need to be made to the award notice, go to Step 18.

If changes do need to be made to Phase 1 only on the award notice

select 바카라 사이트楶hase 1바카라 사이트�
select either 바카라 사이트楻estart바카라 사이트� or 바카라 사이트楤ack바카라 사이트�, as appropriate
make the changes

go to Step 18.

If changes do need to be made to Phase 1 and Phase 2 on the award notice
