Step 1

  • select 바카라 사이트˜View바카라 사이트™ from the options available. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트˜Key Entry Data - Applicant바카라 사이트™ screen
  • enter the customers NINO
  • select the 바카라 사이트˜All바카라 사이트™ checkbox
  • select 바카라 사이트˜OK바카라 사이트™. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트˜Select Application Version바카라 사이트™ screen
  • check the 바카라 사이트˜Version Status바카라 사이트™ column for the relevant claim바카라 사이트™s status.

If the status shown is 바카라 사이트˜Award Issued or 바카라 사이트˜Rejected바카라 사이트™, then a decision has been made on the claim.

If the status shown is 바카라 사이트˜Awaiting Award바카라 사이트™, then a decision has not been made on the claim. To find out what is preventing a decision being made

  • select the relevant claim. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트˜Application Summary바카라 사이트™ screen
  • select 바카라 사이트˜File바카라 사이트™ on the toolbar
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Next바카라 사이트™ from the options available
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Application바카라 사이트™ on the toolbar

  • select 바카라 사이트˜Verification Failures바카라 사이트™ from the options available. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트˜Manage Verification Failures바카라 사이트™ screen

    • any verification failures preventing a decision being made will be listed in the 바카라 사이트˜Rules Description바카라 사이트™ column
    • if the 바카라 사이트˜Potential Selection For Enquiry바카라 사이트™ field is populated, there is a Compliance check that is preventing a decision being made
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Navigate바카라 사이트™ on the toolbar
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Amend Application Corrections바카라 사이트™ from the options available. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트˜Applicant Details바카라 사이트™ screen

  • select 바카라 사이트˜Continue바카라 사이트™ until you arrive at the 바카라 사이트˜Summary Information바카라 사이트™ screen

    • if a 바카라 사이트˜Blocking Message바카라 사이트™ displays, it will prevent the decision being made
    • any other action preventing a decision being made will be shown in the 바카라 사이트˜Application Notes바카라 사이트™ field.
