TCM1000076 - How to check if there is already a tax credits claim for either or both customers

Step 1

If you have a NINO, go to Step 2.

If you do not have a NINO, go to Step 3.

Step 2

  • select 바카라 사이트˜Application바카라 사이트™ on the toolbar
  • select 바카라 사이트˜View바카라 사이트™ from the options available. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트˜Key Entry Data - Applicant바카라 사이트™ screen
  • enter the customer바카라 사이트™s NINO
  • select the 바카라 사이트˜All바카라 사이트™ checkbox
  • select 바카라 사이트˜OK바카라 사이트™

If a signal box displays the message 바카라 사이트˜No Match Found바카라 사이트™

  • there is not already a tax credits claim for the customer

If you are taken to another screen 

  • there is already a tax credits claim for the customer

Note: On a two-person claim, you will need to repeat this action for the second customer.

  • select 바카라 사이트˜Application바카라 사이트™ on the toolbar
  • select 바카라 사이트˜View바카라 사이트™ from the options available. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트˜Key Entry Data - Applicant바카라 사이트™ screen

  • enter the customers

    • surname
    • first name
    • DOB
  • select 바카라 사이트˜All바카라 사이트™
  • select 바카라 사이트˜OK바카라 사이트™

If a signal box displays the message 바카라 사이트˜No Match Found바카라 사이트™

  • there is not already a tax credits claim for the customer

If you are taken to another screen 

  • there is already a tax credits claim for the customer

Note: On a two-person claim, you will need to repeat this action for the second customer.
