TCM1000015 - How to capture renewal information

Note: RTI was introduced from April 2014. Income type 바카라 사이트楻바카라 사이트� denotes income has been recorded from RTI.

Step 1

select 바카라 사이트楻enewal바카라 사이트� on the toolbar
select 바카라 사이트楥apture Renewal Declaration바카라 사이트� from the options available. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트楰ey Entry Data - Renewal Declaration바카라 사이트� screen
enter the customers NINO
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�.

If you are taken to the 바카라 사이트楽elect Household바카라 사이트� screen

select the relevant household
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트業ncome/Benefits바카라 사이트� screen
go to Step 2.

If you are taken straight to the 바카라 사이트業ncome/Benefits바카라 사이트� screen, go to Step 2.

On the 바카라 사이트業ncome/Benefits바카라 사이트� screen

amend the details in the relevant fields with the details on the Annual Declaration provided by the customer
Note: From April 2014 customers must provide 바카라 사이트榓ctual바카라 사이트� figures for earned income, taxable social security benefits and benefits in kind when making their annual declaration. We will no longer accept an estimate for these types of income.
Note: Enter PY-1 details, if applicable.
Note: If you are taken to the 바카라 사이트楢ctual Income For PY-1바카라 사이트� screen, select 바카라 사이트楥ontinue바카라 사이트� again and you will be taken to the 바카라 사이트楧eclaration바카라 사이트� screen.
Note: If there are RTI figures available, these will have been input already onto NTC. If these figures are then replaced by new figures, the status will automatically revert to 바카라 사이트楢바카라 사이트�.
select 바카라 사이트楥ontinue바카라 사이트�
go to Step 3.

If the customer has indicated that their circumstances are correct on the Annual Declaration

select the 바카라 사이트楽OC - Yes바카라 사이트� checkbox
select 바카라 사이트榊es바카라 사이트� in the 바카라 사이트楽ignature바카라 사이트� checkbox
Note: If the customer has not signed the Annual Declaration, you treat it as signed.
enter the date the Annual Declaration was received in the 바카라 사이트楻eceived Date바카라 사이트� field
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트楧eclaration바카라 사이트� screen
select 바카라 사이트楶aper바카라 사이트�, 바카라 사이트楾elephone바카라 사이트� or 바카라 사이트楧igital바카라 사이트� as appropriate in the 바카라 사이트楥hange Source바카라 사이트� field

If the customer has indicated that their circumstances are not correct on the Annual Declaration

Note: If the customer has not signed the Annual Declaration, you treat it as signed.
enter the date the Annual Declaration was received in the 바카라 사이트楻eceived Date바카라 사이트� field

Note: If the customer has not signed the Annual Declaration, you treat it as signed.
