TCM1000012 - How to access details held on the tax credits computer

Step 1

If you are working a pre-award case, go to Step 2.

If you are working a post award case, go to Step 3.

Step 2

  • select 바카라 사이트˜Application바카라 사이트™ on the toolbar
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Capture Current바카라 사이트™ from the options available. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트˜Key Entry Data - Applicant바카라 사이트™ screen
  • enter the customer바카라 사이트™s NINO
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Navigation바카라 사이트™ on the toolbar
  • select the relevant option to view the required screen
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Work바카라 사이트™ to view the work details for each customer and make a note of any details held.

Step 3

Note: If there is more than one household listed you must access the household applicable to the work item you need to access.

On the 바카라 사이트˜Function Menu바카라 사이트™

  • select 바카라 사이트˜Application바카라 사이트™ on the toolbar
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Correction바카라 사이트™ from the options available
  • enter the customer바카라 사이트™s NINO
  • the 바카라 사이트˜all바카라 사이트™ box will be checked, so select 바카라 사이트˜OK바카라 사이트™
  • select the relevant award, for example, PY or CY
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Navigation바카라 사이트™ on the toolbar
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Work바카라 사이트™

  • check the 바카라 사이트˜Work바카라 사이트™ screen for each customer and make a note of

    • number of jobs

    Note: If 바카라 사이트˜1바카라 사이트™ is shown in number of paid jobs and the job is not relevant to PY because it finished in PY-1 or earlier, this could be the reason for the incompatibility.

    • start date of current employment (or start date of current self employment)
  • select 바카라 사이트˜History바카라 사이트™ from the toolbar
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Total Hours Worked바카라 사이트™ if this is available from the options. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트˜History바카라 사이트™ screen
  • make a note of the dates of all the periods for total hours worked for both customers, if applicable
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Cancel바카라 사이트™. You will be taken back to the 바카라 사이트˜Work Details바카라 사이트™ screen
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Navigation바카라 사이트™ on the toolbar
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Income바카라 사이트™
  • select 바카라 사이트˜History바카라 사이트™ from the toolbar
  • select 바카라 사이트˜IS바카라 사이트™ / 바카라 사이트˜JSA바카라 사이트™ / 바카라 사이트˜ESA바카라 사이트™ / 바카라 사이트˜MIG바카라 사이트™, if available, from the options. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트˜History바카라 사이트™ screen
  • make a note of the dates of all the periods for PY-1 on the 바카라 사이트˜History바카라 사이트™ screen for IS / JSA / ESA / MIG (PC), if applicable, for both customers.
