SW06260 - Manage a Room: Usage Reports

Usage reports are available from a Shared Workspace Room and provide the following information:

• the name of the server hosting the Room
• the facility hosting the Room
• the size of the Room
• the number of files within the Room
• the number of items within the Room
• the number of visitors to the Room
• the names of the visitors
• the date of a visitor바카라 사이트™s last visit to the Room
• basic information about the visitor바카라 사이트™s activity within the Room.

Only HMRC Business Authorising Officers are able to generate Usage Reports, which are obtained by selecting the Edit button from the Room바카라 사이트™s home page and then selecting바카라 사이트˜Usage reports바카라 사이트™ from the menu.

Usage Reports can be exported as Comma Separated Variable (CSV) files which can be viewedin Microsoft Excel.
