The Model Rules define an Active Seller as 바카라 사이트˜any Seller that either provides relevant services or sells goods during the Reportable Period or is paid or credited Consideration in connection with Relevant Activities during the Reportable Period바카라 사이트™. It therefore follows that a Seller that is registered on a Platform but that does not provide any services or sell any goods, or is not paid in connection with the provision of those goods or services, during a Reportable Period is not an Active Seller.
A Reporting Platform Operator must carry out due diligence procedures on all Sellers unless it elects to carry them out only on Active Sellers (see 902530)
