- NPS(NI) was previously known as NIRS 2 and the role you need to allocate on SRS is NIRS2 Person.
- NPS(PAYE) is a known as PAYE Browser and the role you need to allocate on SRS is PAYE Service outstanding debt. It is accessed via My Services > Corporate Services > Individuals > PAYE Service.
Note: There are two NPS(PAYE) roles which can be allocated,바카라 사이트™ PAYE Outstanding Debt바카라 사이트™ and PAYE View Only. Only one of these roles can be allocated at anytime. The 바카라 사이트˜PAYE Outstanding Debts바카라 사이트™ held against an individual바카라 사이트™s record role should be allocated, if the user is required to make amendments to the outstanding debts held against an individual바카라 사이트™s record.
Users are required to have a licence to use the NPS system. If a user already holds a NPS licence for NPS(PAYE), they do not need a separate licence to use the NPS(NI) system. If you are allocating the NPS (PAYE) role to a user, you must apply for a licence by completing parts 1 and 2 of the PAYE8120 form (Word 79kb) and forwarding it the DMB IT Change Manager, Mailbox. This form can also be used if you are allocating both NPS(PAYE) and NPS(NI) roles.
If a user only requires access to NPS(NI) you will need to follow the guidance in the NIRS 2 Security Manual.
