The applicant

The party who starts an action is known as 바카라 사이트˜the applicant바카라 사이트™. Overpayments of child benefit must be applied for by 바카라 사이트˜Commissioners for HM Revenue & Customs바카라 사이트™.Ìý

The respondent

The party against whom an application is made is known as 바카라 사이트˜the respondent바카라 사이트™.

Note: The terms 바카라 사이트˜applicant바카라 사이트™ and 바카라 사이트˜respondent바카라 사이트™ are used only on the initial application form (N322A) and thereafter all court forms use the terms 바카라 사이트˜claimant바카라 사이트™ and 바카라 사이트˜defendant바카라 사이트™. This is reflected in the text of this guidance.

Change of applicant

If, for any reason, you need to substitute another officer as applicant, the nominated officer should issue the following letter to the Court Manager.

Respondent바카라 사이트™s name (enter full name)
