Help friends or family with their tax

Register online as a 바카라 사이트˜trusted helper바카라 사이트™ to help a friend or relative:

• check they바카라 사이트™re paying the right amount of Income Tax
• check or update their personal tax account
• check or update their taxable benefits (company cars or medical insurance only)

The person you바카라 사이트™re helping must then use the service to accept your registration. If they cannot go online, you may be able to call HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) on their behalf. They must be in the same room when you call.

You can be a trusted helper for up to 5 people.

The person you바카라 사이트™re helping will still be legally responsible for their own tax.

You바카라 사이트™ll need to sign in to use this service. If you do not already have sign in details, you바카라 사이트™ll be able to create them.

You바카라 사이트™ll be told when you sign in if you need to prove your identity. This is to keep your details safe and normally involves using photo ID like a passport or driving licence.

Call HMRC on someone else바카라 사이트™s behalf

If the person you바카라 사이트™re helping cannot go online, you can call HMRC on their behalf and talk to them about any tax issue.

You must be in the same room as the person you바카라 사이트™re helping. HMRC will confirm their identity and check that they바카라 사이트™re happy for you to represent them.

You must have their National Insurance number or tax reference number when you call.

You must be over 16 if you바카라 사이트™re interpreting for a non-English speaker. HMRC바카라 사이트™s helplines also have foreign language services.
