Report your use of the bluetongue serotype 3 (BTV-3) vaccine

Applies to England and Wales

You must report your use of the BTV-3 vaccine. It is against the law to use the vaccine without reporting it.

Before you report

To use this service, you바카라 사이트™ll need the:Ìý

• County Parish Holding (CPH) number for the location where the vaccinated animals are registeredÌý
• address of the holding where the animals are registeredÌý
• batch numbers of the vaccines administered to the animalsÌý
• official unique identifiers of any animals you have vaccinated
