Report goods that you think infringe your intellectual property rights, even if they바카라 사이트檙e already being imported.

If you바카라 사이트檙e an intellectual property rights holder, you can report goods you think infringe your rights before they are imported (or are already being imported).

Before you start

You바카라 사이트檒l need the:

  • current application reference number, for example: GB2018001 or UK2018001
  • type of right being infringed and relevant registration number

You바카라 사이트檒l also need the following if you have them:

  • details of the importer and exporter
  • details of where, how and when the goods will come into the country
  • the consignment number and number of units in the shipment
  • any supporting information, for example, photos

How to report goods

You바카라 사이트檒l need to sign in to use this service. If you do not already have sign in details, you바카라 사이트檒l be able to create them.
