Registered medical practitioners: report cases of suspected notifiable infectious diseases or manage an existing notification.

- report a suspected case of a notifiable diseaseÂ
- report any other suspected infectious disease that may present a significant risk to human health Â
- continue or manage existing notificationsÂ
You can use this service if you are:Â

Before you startÂ
Check which diseases are notifiable by law.

- suspected disease and when symptoms startedÂ
- registered medical practitioner바카라 사이트™s contact detailsÂ
- patient consultation date and locationÂ
- patient바카라 사이트™s details and contact information, or their parent or guardian바카라 사이트™s details if they are under 18Â
You바카라 사이트™ll also be asked for the patient바카라 사이트™s:Â
- NHS number, if knownÂ
- ethnicity, if knownÂ
- overseas travel, if relevantÂ
- occupation, if relevantÂ
Sign in using an NHS.net or UK Health Security Agency email address.Ěý
If the case is an urgent notifiable disease, you must also report it by telephone to your local 바카라 사이트ŻUKHSA health protection team.
When to reportÂ
Report as soon as possible, or within:Â
- 24 hours for urgent cases Â
- 3 days for routine casesÂ
Do not wait for laboratory confirmation of the disease. By law, you must report any suspicion of a notifiable disease.
