HM Land Registry portal: PDF downloads

How Business e-services customers can access their PDF downloads in the portal.

You can access PDFs free of charge for 90 days (inclusive) from the day the registration was completed (for applications completed on or after 16 March 2020).

Access PDF downloads

There are 2 ways to get to the 바카라 사이트楶DF downloads바카라 사이트� area:

1. Select the link on 바카라 사이트楳y Portal Home바카라 사이트� page.
2. Use the 바카라 사이트楪eneral Facilities바카라 사이트� link in the left hand menu.

Select a download category

Choose a category:

1. 바카라 사이트楳y downloads바카라 사이트� shows applications that you submitted electronically to HM Land Registry.
2. 바카라 사이트楤usiness Unit downloads바카라 사이트� shows all applications lodged by your firm/organisation (electronically or by post) that can be returned through portal.
3. 바카라 사이트楶ostal application downloads바카라 사이트� shows applications that were lodged by post that can be returned through portal.
4. 바카라 사이트楢nother user바카라 사이트檚 downloads바카라 사이트� allows you to view applications by user name.

Filter your search

1. Once a download category has been selected, you can view: * 바카라 사이트榓ll downloads바카라 사이트� available * 바카라 사이트榥ew downloads바카라 사이트� * 바카라 사이트榩reviously viewed downloads바카라 사이트�

2. You can search: * by 바카라 사이트榯itle number바카라 사이트� * by 바카라 사이트榗ustomer reference바카라 사이트�

A search by 바카라 사이트榗ustomer reference바카라 사이트� will show all downloads which contain the text entered in the search field, eg a search against 바카라 사이트楲AN바카라 사이트� will show downloads with references such as 바카라 사이트楲AN/123바카라 사이트�, 바카라 사이트榓bc/alan바카라 사이트� and 바카라 사이트楥onv/LandReg바카라 사이트�. A search against a user바카라 사이트檚 initials will show all their PDF downloads, if they used them in their references.

Search results

1. The first column shows if an item has already been viewed.
2. Select 바카라 사이트楽how files바카라 사이트� to see a list of PDFs associated with the title number. (Select 바카라 사이트楬ide files바카라 사이트� to hide the results.)
3. To start another search, select 바카라 사이트楴ew search바카라 사이트� in the top right hand corner.

Search another user바카라 사이트檚 downloads

You can view downloads for other registered portal users within your business unit. Search results are shown in the same layout as the 바카라 사이트楳y downloads바카라 사이트� search.

Search your business unit바카라 사이트檚 downloads

1. View all the applications for your business unit that were lodged by post or electronically.
2. Results for other download areas can be filtered by the view options.

Get PDFs from suspended or deleted user accounts

If a user account has been suspended or deleted, you cannot access their PDFs in the 바카라 사이트楢nother user바카라 사이트檚 downloads바카라 사이트� area. To access their files, visit the 바카라 사이트楤usiness Unit바카라 사이트� download area and search by title number or your customer reference.

You can access PDFs free of charge for 90 days (inclusive) from the day the registration was completed (for applications completed on or after 16 March 2020).
