HM Land Registry portal: delete a user account

How Business e-services customers (Business Unit Administrator role) can delete an account through the portal.

Search user accounts

Select 바카라 사이트˜Administrative Services바카라 사이트™, then 바카라 사이트˜Manage users바카라 사이트™.

1. Enter a 바카라 사이트˜Surname바카라 사이트™ or 바카라 사이트˜User ID바카라 사이트™ (Username). If your business unit has more than one person with the same surname, enter their 바카라 사이트˜Forename바카라 사이트™ to narrow the search results.
2. Select 바카라 사이트˜Search바카라 사이트™.
3. Alternatively, select 바카라 사이트˜Show all user accounts바카라 사이트™ to see all accounts associated with your business unit. If you want to delete all accounts for one user, you need to delete each one individually.

Check account details

Check the account details shown to make sure it바카라 사이트™s the account you want to delete. Select 바카라 사이트˜Delete account바카라 사이트™.

Identify the account

If you selected 바카라 사이트˜Show all user accounts바카라 사이트™, identify the account you want to delete and select it. Select 바카라 사이트˜Delete account바카라 사이트™ from the drop down menu. Then select 바카라 사이트˜Next바카라 사이트™.

Reason for deletion

1. The 바카라 사이트˜Name바카라 사이트™ and 바카라 사이트˜User ID바카라 사이트™ of the account to be deleted are shown.
2. Choose the reason for deleting this account from the drop down menu. If you want to enter your own reason, select 바카라 사이트˜Other - free text바카라 사이트™ (maximum 251 characters).
3. Select 바카라 사이트˜Save바카라 사이트™.

Confirmation of deletion

1. A message confirms that the account has been deleted.
2. If you need to delete another user account, select 바카라 사이트˜Search again바카라 사이트™.

Get PDFs from suspended or deleted user accounts

If a user account has been suspended or deleted, you cannot access their PDFs in the 바카라 사이트˜Another user바카라 사이트™s downloads바카라 사이트™ area. To access their files, visit the 바카라 사이트˜Business Unit바카라 사이트™ download area and search by title number or your customer reference.

You can access PDFs free of charge for 90 days (inclusive) from the day the registration was completed.

Logout

When you have completed your tasks, select 바카라 사이트˜Logout바카라 사이트™ at the top of the screen to exit the system securely.
