Quarterly statistics on the number of people on Universal Credit (UC) with a health condition or disability restricting their ability to work, by stage of process and monthly Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) decisions and outcomes.
This release of statistics covers:

- stage of process: pre-Work Capability Assessment (WCA) or post-WCA听with limited capability for work (LCW) or limited capability for work and work-related activity (LCWRA)
- monthly (from April 2019 to September 2024)
- age at caseload date
- gender
- GB level and standard geographical area
- number of听DWP听UC听WCA听decisions by:
- outcome (no limited capability for work (NLCW),听LCW,听LCWRA, monthly (from April 2019 to August 2024)
- GB level and standard geographical area
- age
- gender
- Initial and repeat decisions
- medical conditions (ICD10)
