1. War Disablement Pension Rates 2023

Important Notes:

The attached charts show the new rates of pension and allowances that come into effect from the payday the week commencing 10th April 2023.

Legislation dictates that War Pensions Benefits and Allowances are uplifted annually using the Consumer Price Index (CPI) from the previous September. The September 2022 CPI was 10.1%. This is the average amount by which relevant War Pensions Benefits and Allowances have been increased for the 2023/2024 fiscal year, impacted by the various component-level rounding rules.

Please retain the 2022 Rate Charts for reference purposes.

1.1 War Disablement Pension

Rates effective from payday in the week commencing 10th April 2023.
