This document contains the following information: Treaty of Nice amending the Treaty of the European Union, the Treaties establishing the European Communities and certain related acts including the protocols with final act and declarations: Nice, 26 February 2001.

The United Kingdom instrument of ratification was deposited on 25 July 2002 and the Treaty entered into force for the United Kingdom on 1 February 2003. - The Treaty was previously published as - European Communities no. 1 (2001) Cm. 5090.
