The Town and Country Planning (Demolition 바카라 사이트� Description of Buildings) Direction 2021 (바카라 사이트渢he 2021 Direction바카라 사이트�) replaces The Town and Country Planning (Demolition 바카라 사이트� Description of Buildings) Direction 2014 (바카라 사이트渢he 2014 Direction바카라 사이트�) to ensure the demolition of statues, memorials and monuments in England requires permission pursuant to s.57(1) Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

It is introduced at the same time as the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development etc.) (England) (Amendment) Order 2021 which excludes from the existing permitted development right the demolition of certain statues, memorials and monuments that have been in place for 10 years or more.
