In October 2018, the then Chancellor set out his ambitions for the future of the National Living Wage and the Low Pay Commission: to set an ambitious new remit, with the ultimate objective of ending low pay in the UK, while protecting employment for lower paid workers. In deciding this remit, he committed to engage with employers, trade unions and the Low Pay Commission itself.

This report contains the Low Pay Commission바카라 사이트™s advice to 바카라 사이트 on the future of the National Living Wage beyond 2020. It was submitted to 바카라 사이트 in advance of the Chancellor바카라 사이트™s announcement on 30 September.

HM Treasury have also today published the report to the 바카라 사이트 by Professor Arindrajit Dube on international evidence around minimum wages. The LPC contributed to the preparation of Professor Dube바카라 사이트™s report.
