This is the 바카라 사이트 response to the Justice Committee report on the Draft Constitutional Renewal Bill (provisions relating to the Attorney General) which published on 24 June 2008. The 바카라 사이트 maintains the view that the Attorney General should remain the 바카라 사이트바카라 사이트檚 chief legal adviser, a Minister and member of one of the Houses of Parliament, and that the Attorney General should continue as the Minister responsible for superintending the prosecuting authorities. While it acknowledges that changes are needed to clarify the role of the Attorney General but it is believed no change in the law is required to bring about these significant reforms. The 바카라 사이트 has therefore decided not to bring forward any legislation relating to the Attorney General.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a 바카라 사이트 Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the 바카라 사이트 to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
