This guidance is addressed at organisations which fall under the definitions of 바카라 사이트渃ollective management organisation바카라 사이트� or 바카라 사이트渋ndependent management entity바카라 사이트� in (the 바카라 사이트淩egulations바카라 사이트�).

The Regulations place obligations on collective management organisations (바카라 사이트�CMOs바카라 사이트�) established in the UK as well as independent management entities, users, right holders and members of 바카라 사이트�CMOs바카라 사이트�.

The guidance follows the format of the Regulations and is made up of four main parts.

Introduction

Provides background to the Regulations, including their interface with the UK바카라 사이트檚 former self-regulatory framework and their scope.

Part one

Outlines the scope and definitions used in the Regulations.

Part two

Focuses on the rights of and protections for right holders and users, underpinned by minimum standards of governance and transparency that are required of all 바카라 사이트�CMOs바카라 사이트�.

Part three

Sets out the standards that 바카라 사이트�CMOs바카라 사이트� which choose to engage in multi-territorial licensing of online musical rights must meet.

Part four

Covers the requirements for enforcement of all the measures in the Regulations, including the procedures for handling complaints and settling disputes.
