This Order extends eligibility for Widowed Parent바카라 사이트檚 Allowance (WPA) and the higher rate of Bereavement Support Payment (BSP) to surviving cohabiting partners with dependent children, who were not in a legal union with the deceased on the date of death.

   Updated Explanatory memorandum to The Bereavement Benefits (Remedial) Order 2022 paragraph 7.14: added - 拢15 disregard for Housing Benefit.

2. 14 October 2022

   Added paragraph 3.1 and updated paragraph 10.6. to the Explanatory memorandum to The Bereavement Benefits (Remedial) Order 2022. The Order was withdrawn after being laid on 11 October and re-laid on the 13 October 2022.
