Details

You can use this HMRC form to tell us:

  • you바카라 사이트™re the personal representative of the estate
  • you want someone else to act for you, like a solicitor or accountant

A personal representative is responsible for finalising the affairs of someone who has died. This role can be:

  • an executor 바카라 사이트” named in the will to deal with the estate
  • an administrator (executor dative in Scotland) 바카라 사이트” appointed by the courts to administer the estate, usually if there바카라 사이트™s no will

To fill in this form, you바카라 사이트™ll need to print and sign it and include the National Insurance number of the person who has died.

If they did not have a National Insurance number, you바카라 사이트™ll need to contact us by calling the Bereavement helpline.
