Many people in the UK do not claim means-tested support to which they seem to be entitled, limiting the programmes바카라 사이트� usefulness as a means of helping those on low incomes. This paper examines the determinants of take-up of state support for low income working parents: Working Families바카라 사이트� Tax Credit between October 1999 and March 2003, and its predecessor, Family Credit.
