This Post Implementation Review (PIR) considers:

• the extent to which the Regulations are working

The Directive is implemented by the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008, which were amended by the Supply of Machinery (Safety) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 to extend the scope to include certain pesticides equipment.
