This document contains the following information: Supplementary agreement between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of the Commonwealth of Australia concerning the Anglo-Australian Optical Telescope, at Siding Spring, New South Wales, Australia: Canberra, 3 November 2005.

The Agreement entered into force on 27 June 2006. The Supplementary Agreement was previously published as Australia No. 1 (2006) Cm 6767 (ISBN 9780101676724).
