St George바카라 사이트檚 University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust was authorised by Monitor as an NHS foundation trust in February 2015. Shortly afterwards the trust experienced a sudden deterioration in its finances.

Monitor바카라 사이트檚 Audit and Risk Committee requested that an independent review be carried out into the internal regulator바카라 사이트檚 provider appraisal operations. The aim of this report has been to identify any lessons learned from this review and to inform how improvements to the processes can be made.
