Details

Ofqual has imposed special conditions on UWL, requiring it to:

  • Suspend any arrangements under which UWL delegates responsibility for the following activities to a third party:
    • Design and/or development of a qualification and/or any assessment materials
    • Marking of assessment materials
    • Issuing results and certificates
  • Refrain from reinstating those arrangements and/or entering into similar arrangements without the prior written consent of Ofqual바카라 사이트™s Director of VTQ Operations
  • Commission an independent audit to review historic compliance with the General Conditions of Recognition in circumstances where UWL had delegated responsibility for the following activities to a third party:
    • Design and/or development of a qualification and/or any assessment materials
    • Marking of assessment materials
    • Issuing results and certificates
