This report sets out the terms of reference for the government바카라 사이트檚 work to develop a new long-term direction and framework for environmental legislation to make it easier to achieve environmental results.

This initiative stems from Defra바카라 사이트檚 Smarter Environmental Regulation Review (SERR) which is seeking ways of achieving environmental outcomes more effectively and efficiently. Phase 1 of the Review has culminated in reforms of guidance and data reporting.
