Details

This report responds to the request from the Home Secretary to the MAC to undertake a study into the Intra-company Transfer (ICT) route, focussing on the operation and effectiveness of the route.

In addition, the MAC was asked to look into the UK바카라 사이트檚 mobility offer for businesses wishing to set up a subsidiary in the UK or to undertake a secondment in relation to a high-value contract for goods or services.

The MAC has also considered the needs of businesses to have a more agile, time-restricted route.
