Details

It is a condition of your licence to provide Natural England with a report detailing action taken under this licence.

Use this form to report your actions under these mitigation licences:

• bats
• natterjack toads
• otters
• sand lizards and smooth snakes
• general European protected species mitigation licence

There are separate report forms for the following species 바카라 사이트“ you should use these instead:

• great crested newts
• hazel dormice

You need to complete the report no later than 2 weeks after your licence expires, even if you바카라 사이트™ve taken no action. There may be times when you바카라 사이트™ll be asked to submit interim reports as well.
