This draft paper follows the independent review from John Dunford, Review of the office of the children바카라 사이트檚 commissioner (Cm. 7981, 2010, ISBN 9780101798129). It sets out how a new role for the Children바카라 사이트檚 Commissioner can be created, looking specifically at promoting and protecting the rights of children, in line with the articles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

The role would entail new powers so that the Children바카라 사이트檚 Commissioner can take an active role in assessing the effects of new policies and legislation on children.
