The Prisoners (Disclosure of Information about Victims) Bill will ensure that the Parole Board take into account any refusal to identify the remains of a victim by an offender convicted of murder or manslaughter. Named 바카라 사이트楬elen바카라 사이트檚 Law바카라 사이트� after Helen McCourt 바카라 사이트� murdered in 1988 바카라 사이트� whose killer has never revealed her whereabouts.

The Bill will also ensure that where offenders who are convicted of taking indecent pictures of children refuse to disclose their identity, the Parole Board must take this into account when considering release.
