This document describes how the government sets priorities, plans activity, allocates money and monitors progress and performance using a collective set of processes 바카라 사이트� the government바카라 사이트檚 planning and performance framework. The framework has developed and been improved over time to reflect the government바카라 사이트檚 approach to accountability, respond to the needs of new governments and Parliament (on behalf of the public) and support the government바카라 사이트檚 aim for transparency. It also forms part of the government바카라 사이트檚 approach to managing public money to ensure value for money in the short and long-term.
The description includes an explanation of the main processes we use, their purpose and how they interact with each other. It also explains how the public can use the information available from these processes to understand government바카라 사이트檚 planning, spending and performance over time.
