Details

This form should be completed by a pet owner or authorised person who is travelling with more than 5 pet dogs, cats or ferrets to attend a competition, show, sporting event or training, and who wishes to travel under the rules of the Pet Travel Scheme.

The document is a declaration that the pet animals are not being moved for commercial purposes and that you do not intend to sell, or transfer ownership of, the animals.

You don바카라 사이트™t need to send this declaration anywhere. However, you need to complete it and keep it with you when you move with your pet.
