The research was undertaken in October 2024 to benchmark public perceptions of DWP brands, for instance, Jobcentre Plus and Universal Credit. The objectives of this research were to understand how DWP is perceived by the general population and how perceptions vary between the general population and DWP customers. The research also explored the factors that influence these perceptions. These findings, alongside wider insight, for example, from the DWP Customer Experience Survey, will help inform future policy and service delivery development.
